Phil Roeser
Managing Principal
Phillip C. Roeser has an extensive background in the health care industry with 30 years of experience and leads the firm’s team. PR Medical focuses on distribution partnerships, strategic and comprehensive approaches to new business development and operations management. Service lines include: medical device distribution sales, physician practice patient referral growth, outpatient surgery center and hospital new service line consulting, including electronic health/medical records. PR Medical also assists with recapitalization and new venture funding for start-up and turnaround businesses in the medical device vertical.
Mr. Roeser also served as President of North America for Global Kinetics Corp., where he instituted a commercialization structure for a newly FDA-approved Parkinson’s medical device. Prior to Global Kinetics, Mr. Roeser was Vice-President of Sales and Business Operations at Hill-Rom Medical Inc. Mr. Roeser was responsible for a turnaround effort that resulted in a $95 million dollar sales distribution and operation division. Under Mr. Roeser’s leadership, Respiratory Care became the fastest growing most profitable division within Hill-Rom.
Prior to Hill-Rom Mr. Roeser served as Vice President of Physician Strategies and Market Development for Fresenius Medical Care. Mr. Roeser built and led a field based Market Development Organization consisting of six Vice Presidents and 30 Market Development Directors focused on the strategic growth for outpatient dialysis and in-patient hospital acute services. Under Mr. Roeser’s leadership Fresenius gained significant market share points in the service industry. His teams had full responsibility for the strategic growth initiatives for the company and drove both the Joint Venture and Mergers and Acquisitions growth strategies.
Prior to joining Fresenius, Mr. Roeser was the National Sales Director for Medtronic Neurological. Mr. Roeser was hand picked to lead the development of a National Sales and Distribution Organization to promote the two newest therapies in the Neurological portfolio. The Movement Disorder Division of Medtronic Neurological was the fastest growing division in the company under Mr. Roeser’s leadership, with annual sales revenue of over $112 million. Mr. Roeser implemented new comprehensive business models, growth strategies and co-promotions that became the standard operating protocols for the neurological division.
Previous to Medtronic, Mr. Roeser spent four years with Cobe Laboratories promoting and distributing dialysis equipment and supplies. His last position was National Account Manager.
Mr. Roeser began his career in health care at American Hospital Supply.
Greg Mazza
COO/CFO
Greg leads the Firm’s finance and data oriented analysis. Greg has a long track record of working across business functions, understanding key issues and leveraging opportunities to help companies achieve their full potential. He has engaged on topics of strategy, innovation, organization, sales & account management, marketing and lead generation, product development, pricing, finance, data analysis and modeling, operations, and mergers & acquisitions. Greg embraces new challenges that leverage his expertise and experience and enjoys collaborating with teams seeking innovative solutions to unique problems.
Prior to joining PR Medical, Greg has held positions ranging from CFO to CPP as well as oversight of information systems, legal, HR and innovation including automotive, financial services and banking companies.
Greg has an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering and advanced degree in Bio-Medical Engineering from the Ohio State University.
Michael Quinn
Senior Director of Sales
Mike brings over 25+ years of achievement with Medical Device and Dialysis in the healthcare arena. Furthermore, Mike has additional experience as a senior executive in Business Development.
Most notably, Mike spent over 22 years at Medtronic in the then Neurological Business which was involved in pain therapies including Spinal Cord Stimulation and Drug Delivery. He enjoyed success as a Market Development Specialist, Sales Representative, District and Regional Sales Manager, National Training Manager and National Manager of a Specialty Sales Force as well as a Field Development Manager. During Mike’s tenure at Medtronic he hired over 40 employees.
Mike’s lengthy experience allows him to merge sales, sales management, development, leadership plus MBA skills in his role as Senior Director of Sales at PR Medical.
Mike has an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Maria Libri-Sigle
Medical Device/Biologics Consultant
Maria began working in the medical device field in 2005 as a sales representative for EBI/Biometric. She worked for Biometric for nearly 10 years selling spinal hardware, spine and long bone stimulation, and bracing. Maria has also worked for Covidien/US Surgical, selling endoscopic stapling and hernia mesh. From there, she served as Territory Manager for Orthofix Spine Stimulation in Central Illinois. Maria has a bachelors degree from the University of Illinois Springfield in Clinical Phsychology. She has also published three young adult novels that are currently being adapted into screenplays. She enjoys snow skiing, water skiing and Pilates, and resides in Springfield with her husband and three children. Maria is the Medical Device and Biologics Consultant for the state of Illinois. Maria has full responsibility for all PR Medical products and services in her area.
Bob Andrekus
Medical Device/Biologics Consultant
Bob has acquired an extensive amount of medical sales experience as a direct sales representative and a sales manager. “I have represented many different therapeutic areas from pharmaceuticals, capital equipment and emergency medical equipment. However, the majority of years were in the area of diabetes, insulin, and insulin pump sales. It has been a labor of love, as not only did I get to interact with amazing medical professionals, but I also received the satisfaction of seeing my efforts transforming patients’ health and changing patients’ lives.” Bob has full responsibility for all PR medical products and services in Chicagoland, Northern Illinois, and Southern Wisconsin.
Nicole Jude
Director of New Business Development
Graduate Cum Laude of the University of Saint Thomas. She began her career in the non-profit sector assisting lobbyists at the Minnesota State Capitol. In 2012, Nicole moved into marketing and real estate. Nicole is in charge of all new business development opportunities and coordinates all client communications.
Chelsea Boettner
Clinical Specialist
Chelsea works as a surgical and trauma critical care nurse in Omaha, Nebraska. Passionate about patient care and medical advancement, she strives to work as a bridge in her clinical specialist role at PR Medical with clients and patients. Chelsea graduated from Creighton University with her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science and her Bachelor’s of Nursing.
